Linked below is the AGM package for the upcoming AGM scheduled for March 27, 2025. While 2024 was a challenging year due to staffing. At the AGM there will be opportunity for members to get involved in both board and committee roles. Both are important and needed as SCA is a volunteer-based organization with a small staff. Information on the positions are included in the AGM documents and if you have any questions please reach out to a board member.
Clubs must have a representative in attendance to be eligible for the 2025 MAP grant.
