This is a hard effort with two solid climbs. Do your best to hang and find folks to blob up with to finish the 29.8km. Each week you will get a little stronger.
The course is London Loop which has you climb the famous “Box Hill” which was featured in the 2012 Olympic cycling road racing course. The 220m of climbing per lap will make things, interesting.
