Dear SCA member,
Saskatchewan Cycling Association (SCA) AGM is scheduled for March 26, 2026, at 7pm via Teams meeting.

At the AGM there will be an opportunity for members to get involved in both board and committee roles. Both are important and needed as SCA is a volunteer-based organization with a small staff.
Clubs must have a representative in attendance to be eligible for the 2026 MAP grant.
Nomination forms are in the public AGM documents folder with a list of vacancies (Nomination Form and Vacant Position List).
Registration for the SCA AGM will be completed via CCN/Uplifter – meeting registration.
The final day for registration will be March 22, 2026. This will allow time to set up the electronic voting and send out the voting procedure.
