SCA AGM
It’s this time of year again!
As we continue to see social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic it has made us reevaluate our upcoming AGM. This meeting will no longer be held as an in-person meeting. Instead, we will be using Zoom meetings. Please find the appropriate numbers;

For this meeting, when you sign in please use your first and last name as well as the club(s) you will be representing. We will ask that you mute your audio on sign in to help eliminate any possible interference. If you have a question or need to speak to something we ask that you post in the chat and we will have a moderator monitoring the chat. If you are speaking please speak your name clearly for the minutes. For elections, if there is more than one person elected we will be doing elections electronically. We will post in the chat a link to take you to vote. We will then post the results of the elections once voting has commenced. We are optimistic this should not take much more time than normal.
To make this process go quicker we recommend that you download zoom beforehand. Please test your video and audio. Audio may work best with headphones to eliminate background noise. If you do not have access to a computer with video please make use of the teleconference that is listed above.
Please have patience with us if this does not go as expected. We have tested this beforehand, but it is new to us so we may not get it right on the first try. We are all doing our best during this difficult situation.
Please have these documents ready during the AGM. We will be using this AGM package and approving the 2019 SCA Financials.
At this point in time we will not be having the awards presentations at the AGM. They will be postponed, most likely until the Fall Membership Meeting.

Nominations are open for positions on the Board of Directors of Saskatchewan Cycling.
For the Board, there are 3 positions that are up for election. The VP Finance/Admin, the VP High Performance and the VP Technical are the positions that will be voted on. As for the committees, there are several positions up for election on each committee’s and nominations will be accepted from the floor.
The nomination form can be found here. Please note that the dates to return the forms for the Board elections are March 15th.
