SUMMARY:RCC Tuesday Night Races - 6X6 Train
DESCRIPTION:*** Regina Cycle Club Tuesday Night Races ***\n\n\n \n\n\nThis week we will race SIX laps of New York’s SIX Train course.\n\n\n \n\n\nNew York’s “The 6 Train” is the shortest route available in NYC. Named for the most direct subway route between Grand Central Station and Central Park\, this route covers the “middle loop” of Central Park’s three ground-level loop sections.\n\n\n \n\n\nWhile this route is about as “flat” as NYC routes can get\, it’s still best described as a rolling\, curvy course with essentially no flat sections you will be busy powering up the punchy hills. \n\n\n \n\n\nThe race will consist of SIX laps of the course for approx 39.25km with 370m or 1214’ of elevation.\n\n\n \n\n\nIn order to receive an invite to the TNR you need to follow Kelly Chimilar on Zwift. \n\n\n \n\n\nThe race will start with a FIVE minute neutral roll out. This means you must stay with the ride leader for the first FIVE minutes. The neutral roll out will be at 2.0w/kg. At 5:01 into the race it’s full gas!\n\n\n \n\n\nIf you wish to use Discord to communicate you can. Details on using discord can be found here: https://www.hplcycling.ca/zwift-group-rides\n\n\n \n\n\nCourse Recon here under The 6 Train: https://zwiftinsider.com/nyc/\n\n\n \n\n\nIf you wish to be included in the results please link your Zwift account to STRAVA and follow Paul Cutting on STRAVA.

Do your best to hang and find folks to blob up with to finish the 29.8km. Each week you will get a little stronger. \nThe course is London Loop which has you climb the famous “Box Hill” which was featured in the 2012 Olympic cycling road racing course. The 220m of climbing per lap will make things\, interesting. \nThe meetup has already been created and initial invites sent out\, based on last week. Follow Kelly Chimilar on Zwift to get your invite to the event. \n\n \n\nhttps://www.facebook.com/events/1665868826885273/

SUMMARY:Road Commissaire "C" Course
DESCRIPTION:Want to become involved in Cycling in a new way? Become a Saskatchewan Cycling Commissaire!\nThe Road Commissaire ‘C’ course is a one day introduction to officiating in the road discipline. \nBecoming a cycling commissaire is an excellent way for racers and enthusiasts to gain a deeper understanding of cycling and broaden their involvement in the sport they love. As a commissaire\, you are able to represent Saskatchewan Cycling as a trained professional to ensure fair and safe competition. There are opportunities for paid travel and advancement from provincial to national and international certification. \nWhile many course participants will go on to train under the supervision of an experienced national commissaire\, others might choose to take the course simply to augment their knowledge of the sport and to develop as a coach\, team manager\, or race organizer. All are welcome! \nProspective commissaires should be computer-literate in order to complete administration functions and interact with race technology. Strong communication skills are needed in order to enable prompt exchanges\, provide clear instructions and give honest feedback. \nIn order to complete your Commissaire Course you must work under an experienced Commissaire as a TA.  The event that is targeted for this is TBA. \nInstructor:  Karen Cranston \nRSVP to Saskatchewan Cycling\, sarah@saskcycling.ca by March 6th
