This is a 4-session webinar. It is being led by Alison Slocombe. Alison will leading us through an hour of yoga. She will be targeting some common cyclists weakness and sore points. All you need are some comfy clothes and a yoga mat (if you have one). Whether you’re already doing yoga and mobility regularly or you’re a total beginner, you’ll benefit from these sessions!
