The 2022 Saskatchewan Cycling Associations AGM will be held virtually on March 30th, 2022 @6:30pm. The agenda for the AGM will consist of approval of previous member meeting minutes, review of the 2021 Financial audited statements, appointment of auditor, any reports, and the election of Directors of the SCA board and committees.
This year the board sees 3 positions up for election as per our bylaws. Any SCA 2022 issued membership holder, who wishes to volunteer their time as a Director please review and submit the Nomination Form by March 20. Nominations will be open for:
- Vice President Administration/Finance
- Vice President Technical
- Vice President High Performance
To be able to attend the 2022 SCA Virtual AGM you must complete both of the two registration steps below:
1) You will need to pre register via Zoom: CLICK HERE and
2) You must complete the GOOGLE DOCS voting registration so we can get an accurate accounting for voting. Registration will close March 25th at 11:59pm CST. Failure to register by this date may result in your ability to attend and/or vote.
** Only those members that hold a valid 2022 membership will be eligible to vote**
